Our client recently purchased a run down, tired first floor apartment, which had not been touched since the original construction in 1987.
Her idea was to create a simple, light, modern airy property where people would enjoy spending their holidays.
The old dark wooden windows were replaced with light modern PVC ones.
The electrics were modernised and updated to run the new appliances and air conditioning that were fitted.
All of the dark wooden doors and frames were hand painted in white and appear like new doors.
Each room was painted throughout and new ceilings were fitted replacing the old fashioned individual tiles.
A large white modern floor tile was laid throughout the apartment and the old bathroom was replaced with a spacious modern walk in shower.
The utility room was removed and an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area was created The american kitchen has all mod cons, plenty of cupboard space and marble worktops.
The outside terrace area was re-tiled and marble was placed on the staircase creating a luxury easy maintainable finish.
New lights and fittings outside make the area perfect for dining and entertaining.
Aluminium gates and doors were fitted for maximum security and the garden walls raised for a little more privacy.
