During the pandemic of 2020 we saw many clients with the uncertainty and worry of not being able to visit their homes. We have been able to provide them with updates, photos, videos and most importantly the reassurance that everything is ok.
With a team of fully registered, legal and insured staff we have been able to continue working during the lockdown conditions. Property management is considered an essential service and with the correct papers and safety procedures in place we have continued to deliver the high level of service that our clients are used to.

Here at the Property Management Centre we offer 2 kinds of Property Management contracts.
1. Key Holding
For a minimal annual fee we will securely hold a set of keys in our head office and upon your request we will visit the property, either to prepare for your arrival (turning on the water/electric) or to check everything is ok, maybe let in builders, deliveries etc or turn something off after your departure – these visits are chargeable per call out.
This type of contract is more reactive to client requests and suited to the those that visit their property more frequently.
2. Property Management
We securely hold a set of keys in our head office and visit the property each month to ensure that everything is ok. We run taps, flush toilets, empty post boxes, check for any damages and during bad weather we make an additional visit to ensure that no problems have occurred. We can be the point of contact for alarm and insurance companies.
This contract is more proactive and suited to clients who do not visit as frequently and want the peace of mind that everything is being taken care of in their absence.
