We were approached by a Mil Palmeras resident to project modify her property and create her a Solarium.
The client’s villa is in a slightly elevated position meaning that they had panoramic views until a new property was built next to them, obscuring these views.
The roof was lifted, staircase designed and the solarium has now given them the views back and an amazing private space for storage, entertaining and sun bathing.
